Utilizing Norbars intelligent joint sensing technology, the Norbar 180922 EBT Battery Powered Torque Tool Single Speed Bluetooth Communication w/ Single Trigger, 1” Square, 338 – 1350 Nm / 250 – 1000 ft-lbs continuously measures joint conditions during tightening and applies dynamic braking when required to prevent torque over-shoot caused by motor inertia.
Designed for flexibility and enhanced data capability, the Norbar 180922 EBT Battery Powered Torque Tool Single Speed Bluetooth Communication w/ Single Trigger, 1” Square, 338 – 1350 Nm / 250 – 1000 ft-lbs features Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity for wireless data communication. The cordless design eliminates the need for power cables or hoses, improving operator safety and usability. An industrial-grade motor ensures long service life with minimal maintenance, while the 18 V, 5.0 Ah battery and efficient drive system provide excellent fastening performance per charge. An OLED display ensures clear visibility in all working conditions, and a high-powered LED illuminates the application area.
The Norbar 180922 EBT Battery Powered Torque Tool Single Speed Bluetooth Communication w/ Single Trigger, 1” Square, 338 – 1350 Nm / 250 – 1000 ft-lbs supports Torque, Torque & Angle, and Torque Audit operating modes and integrates with EvoLog PC software for tool configuration and data management. Results can also be exported in CSV format for users not utilizing EvoLog. Additional features include a built-in usage counter, optional Ease of Use functionality to minimize operator error, and an optional Relax Mode that automatically reverses the tool after joint completion to prevent fastener or reaction locking. Supplied with a traceable calibration certificate for torque and angle, the tool operates at a noise level of 79.1 dB(A) (K = 3 dB) and vibration levels below 2.5 m/s². Manufactured in the UK.
